I have been unable to substatiate this but I have a similar problem when the 
antispam logging is enabled. My 8.15 servers run flawlessly unless the spam 
logging is enabled

 I have an issue with the QUEUEMGR attempting to stop every once in a 
while. In
 the  services  screen  within IMail Administrator it shows that the 
service is
 stopping  but  it  never  does.  Messages therefore are piling up in the 
spool
 directory.  I  can  highlite  the  service  and  click  start/stop but 
nothing
 happens. I usually at this point have to reboot the server.

 Anyone else seen or know what can be done?
