if the original manufacturer was Seagate, you could try sending the specifics of the drive you have to Seagate with the presales-contact email form they have on their website and see if they respond with a replacement option. i've done it before with them but but not in the last 5 years.
this place lists that model # as something they carry. http://www.itxpressinc.com/Products/AlphaStorageworks/DiskDrives.htm is this drive in a generic raid5 setup or in something proprietary?
