All links are asking for login / registration. 

I suspect you can try posting the images on picasa and then linking 
the images in a blog blog post - (sorry ... best way I can think of 
where people can access the image without having to login). 

That said, I think you should take this up with the Unicode consortium; 
you are already advised  by others to approach them. See the link below:-

The Indic list is, IMHO most appropriate.

But before that, hope you have followed the advice given 
and tried using a different font (of course, unicode font) 
to eliminate problems in the font.
