With use if assamese "ৰ" interspersed with bengali codechart, you are going to
face a tough task till those in charge of guiding development and review of
bengali code charts in U Consotium.
However you will not face any problem if you are printing the stuff (ultimate
work) instead of electronic distribution... It will be perfectly logical to
use it the way you plan to!
That is like taking a feather out of computers and using it for some other
constructive (hopefully problem solving, not creating) purpose!
