Please pardon the delay. Here are links to scans demonstrating the use of U+09F0 being used as a 'Borgiyo BA', in Samskritam shlokas and related terms and descriptions. When one is writing Samskritam, then distinguishing between VA and BA is essential. For example, see the very first file below, where there is a shloka used in Lord Shiva's worship. And in the second line of that shloka is the word व्याघ्राम्बर | I have written the word here in devanagarii so that all on this list may understand. But in the scanned page the same word is written in Shriiharsa lipi, and notice there the distinction between the "VA" of व्या and the BA of "म्बर" | One cannot write Samskritam without making this distinction-- and presenting Samskritam in the local script of the people is needed. In Bengal, that local script is Shriiharsa i.e. Bangla Lipi.
