Joe, I honestly don't think so and will tell you more when it occurs. From what I have gathered thus far, another ethernet card goes into my computer. The cable is run from my husbands computer to the other ethernet card in my computer .. I am uncertain of that ..  and the fellow who is setting it up is using software, not a hub, as is generally the case. He works for the company with the cows on the box, *not giving anyone any plugs for free* so he knows what he is doing. Nice to have friends in high places!   Will let you know more as soon as it's complete.
