I guess I should back up. On my server, SMTP is apparently working fine
when it refuses to authenticate.
How IS SMTP Authentication supposed to work, when it DOES authenticate?
The docs have the following:
"The remote mail client or server needs to provide a correct login in order
to relay mail through the server..."
Which mail clients can login this way? Apparently, Eudora cannot.
