Hi everyone, I've got some news for you:
1.) Contents update: If your language has a translated 'Downloads' page, it needs to be updated for the Inkscape 0.91 pre4 version :), which has been released today. You can also download and try it out, of course, and don't forget to report all bugs ;) 2.) Bug warning I: If you experience strange behaviour when editing link plugins (wrong contents shown in the dialog fields when you choose 'Edit Plugin'), please switch browser to Chrome or Chromium (at least that works for me). The bug is known, but the fix is not released yet (it's part of Django-CMS, and they are still working on that version). 3.) Bug warning II: If you can't login at inkscape.org for editing today, please visit https://www.inkscape.org/admin and use that login dialog. 4.) pt-BR: Yesterday, we encountered a couple of bugs when trying to add a new language to the system. Those are repaired now in our development version of the website, but unfortunately, they can only be added to the 'real' website as part of a larger update. This may take some time - I'm very sorry about that, especially because of our eager new team for pt-BR... I hope you guys don't loose steam because of this! If you get bored, you could have a go at the release notes: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Release_notes/0.91 (to get a Wiki account, you need to post on the developers' mailing list, telling them why you need it and what your username should be) or ask Duarte if there's anything you can help him with (which he can later adapt for European pt and you can copy over when pt-BR is up). 5.)
