Hi Duarte, It's not the final version, only the 0.91 pre4 version. Pre stands for pre-release. A testing version ;) That's why I also jokingly asked for testing and bug reporting ;)
The contents update is only the part about pre4 at https://inkscape.org/en/download/ . The other problem should be gone now. Martin was working on 3.) and while he tested, he had to deactivate a part of the login. If the problem persists, use the solution for 3.) and please report to https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape-web/+bug/1376470 .
