Well no, but 2009.06 is a full, release version of OpenSolaris.  Sxce_117 is a 
fortnightly build of the very latest stuff. 

I've been using the sxce stuff for a while and they're generally incredibly 
stable considering how new they are and how little testing they get.  But you 
always have to remember that sxce is untested pre-release code and treat it as 
such.  You will hit bugs from time to time.

Of course, the good news is that it's generally only a week or two before bugs 
you hit are fixed :-D

I suspect the better approach these days is to install OpenSolaris and point it 
at the development repository.  Unfortunately I really don't know exactly what 
the difference there is between the two.
