@AngelicTears : You can probably test it thru the registry instead of
having to reinstall the driver everytime ( I was playing around the
last 2 day's with the intel drivers , got the 4 series installed on my
x3100 too, but without the proper optimizations I actually got a
decrease in performance, and I think encoding was unstable because WEI
was crashing ).

For OpenGL , I've found that even tho the WDDM claims it doesn't have
OpenGL installed ( it is also set like this aswell in the registry/
install ), some opengl games still works ( Worms 4 Mayhem (XopenGL) ,
WoW ( SET gxAPI "opengl" ) , ePSXe with P.e.O.p.s Opengl 1.78 GPU
plugin ( this one is, however, very buggy and painfully slow ).

On a side note, I'm concerned about the overall performance the x3100
delivers on ePSXe. One would think that even an integrated card would
deliver enough to run an emulator that emulates a somewhat old gaming
platform ( PS1 Specs : CPU: 32-bit RISC (33.9MHz), RAM: 2MB, 1MB Video
RAM, Graphics: 3D Geometry Engine, with 2D rotation, scaling,
transparency and fading and 3D texture mapping and shading )
especially when using a DirectX 6-7 GPU plugin but It actually
doesn't...
