Well, the results on my side aren't too much of a happy ending
actually. I managed to get OpenGL 2.0 ( not all working tho, very
buggy ) and full 1.5 ( I mean , real full , working freaking OpenGL,
tested with 2 OpenGL games and ePSXe OpenGL plugins ) but here's the
bad news : DirectX was completely screwed. Couldn't get it to render
anything DirectX whatsoever but OpenGL was working fine. Brings to the
point that you'd need 2 set's of drivers, one to play OpenGL and the
other for DirectX wich is kinda of a pain.

Also, I made another "discovery" If you can call it that way. There
might be a way to put out Modded drivers without getting into legal
actions. As far as I know, a lot of the tweaks that are added to the
modded drivers are actually Modified/Added registry entries, therefore
we could release a registry file wich would contain the tweaks for
official drivers versions. As far as I know, Users have all rights to
modify their settings in the registry.
