Aside from not being able to run opengl apps with V1.1E, have you had any other issues? There have been reports of buggy behaviour, and you should use V1.1 as it is a solid driver.
As long as there is the will to learn, you will always discover something new that opens even more questions :) And your english is quite good, it isn't my native language as well so I understand why you say that. hussam is right, you must get permission to publish a driver, and even more when you're modifying someones work, in this case Angelic.
