How can I tell if I get 7.5V at the motors? Batteries are not fully loaded. 
And I Haven't tried 1000Hz. Right Now Another problem came up. I can't get 
ioio to be recognized from pc,android or bluetooth. wtf happened now? it 
used to be ok
