Dear Qazi Sahib,
AoA,
Mr.Ahmad Nadeem Syed. Mr.Malik Muhmmad Khan and Mr.Imran
Akhtar Shah has recommended to have general body meeting in Lahore. I
agree with proposal of Mr.Imran Akhtar Shah that members from Islamabad should
join Lahore meeting.
I appreciate to Mr.Nasir Qureshi of Netasia who paid
renewal fee since three years although he is a small ISP. He also contributed
his abilities for ISPAK I am thankful to him.
There are many ISP who are taking part in the activities
of ISPAK and are using this forum and mailing list since long but nothing paying
or paid after two years.
Mr.Imran Shah tried his best to raise the funds for ISPAK
but he realised that most members are non cooperative.
Let it be decided that only paid
member should take part in ISPAK and now get ride from free loader.
Already very small amount was fixed for membership and
renewal in our first meeting in Islamabad. If some one is not ready to pay
membership then why he desires to set in the meeting or enjoy mailing list
.
If you agree I would suggest that fee should be charged
from the date of operation.
It is against the justice that some are paying
from first day and some desire to take part at last movement.
Please let me know the date for Lahore meeting. According
to the rules more than 21 days notice should given for general house.
I will call meeting on that date which will be convenient
to you . May I suggest we should consult Mr.Naeem Haq
for this date. He is a most important paid member.
Make sure I will try my best to keep
you with us . My previous record shows that all your proposals and suggestions
were honoured but I am enable to understand the present
situation.
Kindly fix
last date of
membership.
Date of meeting in Lahore
members from Islamabad should
join this
meeting
.....................
Propose date of
election...............
MOST IMPORTANT.
Only paid member will be allowed to attend
meeting and cost vote.
Best regards,
Sanaullah Bhutta.
