The new tails are a small change, but definitely an improvement. My preference
is for V3, V9 & V11, tough I'd also understand if people prefer V10 & V12 over
V9 & V11.
Perhaps, if V3 is dropped, we can vote for blob/block, with/without outline,
and finally V9/V11 or V10/V12 (i.e. 3 votes)? Or is that way too complicated?
