Review comment:
       For what it's worth, I'm perfectly content with only the explicit 
constructor args, as there's only two. It's mildly confusing given that they're 
both booleans, but you have javadocs on them, so I think it's fine. If you 
anticipate several more down the road, I think we should have an explicit 
builder.
