"make modules_install" (when building the kernel) will wipe out your ivtv 
modules in /lib/modules.  You'll need to "make install" from the ivtv drivers 
directory again.

I'm also trying to get a pvr150 working with no luck.  I started with 2.4.26 
but am now building 2.6.10.  I'd be interested to hear if you have any luck.
