Ok agree there is enough triangles on the screen when the real-time
graphics on the PC look completely life-like (read: Lord of the Rings
graphics) and when enough CPU is still left to do human-like AI.
That will quite a while (if ever).

When that happens in a couple of decades or more, I will reconsider,
but until then performance is still important.

And when that time comes much has happened in the world. Java
will probably be considered old fashioned and not useful anymore.
Who can tell for sure?
