I would suggest listening to a few episodes of This Aint Your Dad's Java. Apart from the James Gosling interview, you'll come running back to the posse begging for some iPhone rambling. :) Seriously though, good luck to TAYDJ, but they just rub me up the wrong way.
If I had a pod cast I can promise you I would bore people with all sorts of obscure things that aren't technology related. As Tor says, I think the conversations just happen.
