"maintenance" is often code for "broken" :) in this case you very well could be right. someone said "take down that site" and someone else pulls out a plug.
i wonder of the admins of JCP are reading this thread and thinking: "I was going to post but I think i'll just keep clear" :) i spent last weekend fighting with several routers none of which want to cooperate. this weekend im going to drink beer and eat sausages.
