I worry if this culminates in Joe deciding to leave the posse which I would feel bad about. He already expressed in some podcasts about wondering if there is a point in him being involved anymore. The rest of the posse like to have him there as a counterbalance and another perspective. I wouldn't want this thread to end up being the straw that breaks the camels back making him feel he wants to walk away.
