well it reads it fine on my windows 7 lap top but not on my xp pc what
serttings do I need to change to solve this problum? since I have whent in
to the quick settings and lookd in there and all seems to be set there. now
i have also tryed looking in the settings senter and have not found anything
of youse there eather. please help. from Mich.

Hi all. I just installed jaws 13 and upgraded it to the newest version. I
also have ms word 2003 on my pc and now when I go and read a.doc file
jaws won't read it. it also won't read it if I type something in to a
blank.doc file please help. many thanks. from Mich.
