Hi Steve I can't seem to maximize the doc since it says that option is
unavailable also it is on normal also it is not on zoom. from Mich.

Try the following:
1. Is your document maximized?
2. Do you have the view setting in Ms Word on Normal, or Zoom. If using
Zoom, make sure it is 75% or more.
Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.
