Mitch I am not sure I understand your problem. I have "MSword, Outlook and Esxcell" 2003 and have few problems. The only thing I have noticed in MSWord is if you are reading a long document line by line it sometimes will skip a page, now this doesn't happen if you areding with the "jaws key+down arrow".
