Bugzilla is a bug tracker. If you want something fixed, you need to log it as a bug and you can then track it's progress towards closure.
If you want to chat about something in the vain hope that one of the devs will take an interest and put it on their own agenda to fix, then put it here. That's how it should work. However, I think the main problem with bugzilla is that some of bugs in there have been left for years before closure, whereas in the forums you seem to be able to "shout" louder. I personally use the forums as a way of mentioning oddities I've noticed. If someone else sees it, then I'll log a bug.
