Bugs have to entered individually in to bugzilla whereas you can stick all the things you've noticed in one post in the forum. Also the language in the forum is generally less errr.. less formal and considered (i.e. quicker to write).
The bugzilla search is not good for me... but this may be down to my non-conversance with the correct technical terms to describe the things I find. Admittedly the forum search is a lot worse... but this goes without saying! :-) I've just failed at the first hurdle trying to add a bug... I selected Jive Hardware and then have to select Kernal, Bootloader or something else. I'be no idea what to select. And I think I am asked which OS too... ummm..
