i have the same problem. something that has helped a lot is contemplation.
everyone has a different way of doing this. some people pray, some watch an
object, some sit still. i try induce myself into a trance by applying my
senses to anything that might help me reminisce. sometimes a certain color
or a melody or sitting in an empty church does it. i do it regularly. i'm
sorry i can't be more precise.

I am an extremely sensative,anxious,nervous person. I would love
