Okay.  I know this sounds a little whacky, but take up something like 
carving stone.  When you get really frustrated you can whack the hell out of 
the stone, loose your anger as you pound this effigy of your frustration, 
and walk away feeling lots lighter.  And an added benefit may be the start 
of something beautiful for your yard, wall, front room...
