To be sure there is great, great, value to holding on to the name. It's not like we did our best to do due diligence and found nothing. Unfortunately "odds being low" isn't good enough. This is the point I'm trying to make.

Before someone states that we can't be 100% sure of anything let me state that there's a difference between performing due diligence and not finding anything at all and finding entities that could encroach on the JSecurity name if they chose to.
