That would make sense if all countries agreed to respect human rights
and freedom.  No other country has as strong a history in this area
as US.

I've been thinking of this myself.  I think this is the ultimate
long term solution....have a grass-roots shadow Internet based
on open wifi routers in everyone'e house and biz.
