Gandi has no such provision in their contract: https://www.gandi.net/contracts/en/g1/pdf/2.0 They do have the provision if you use Gandi's mail forwarding system, then they can shut you down. If you are a major re-emailer, or whatever spammers call themselves these days, using your own systems to move the mail around Gandi does not care.
