It's not. I can do it. But the point is *why*?
This is *basic* stats. Every single Microsoft Office dweeb is likely to
use that function to generate a graph/chart. Yet it's missing.
Worse, it *used* to work. They actually broke the API that the OOOStats
package used and then didn't fix it.
Microsoft initially took over the world because they *got* this. You
don't break things that work. Ever. Backward compatibility is
*important* to end users.
