Can you clarify the problem? I see three ways to interpret this:
1) The translation is not 100% complete, but 99.9% complete (and this
was explained by Jan: rounding)
2) There are strings in English that appear to have been copied
verbatim into German (or surely into Portuguese; Pedro, any links?);
there should be some Pootle function to find all of these cases.
Sorry, no links. The ones I found while checking the expanded details
were just copied to the translation box (verbatim) so I just translated
them without keeping track. They were clearly a rush job, not a Pootle
error.
If there is a function to detect this please let me know.
