We are looking at this. We didn't decrease the limit - we added more sounds.
There are issues that exist for everyone when we bump this up not just 360 players. This is one reason we were looking to not add more sounds ourselves. We need to rearchitecture some pieces to be able to handle "unlimited" audio - currently there is a limit. We have a little more flexibility on the PC for our low end test specs when it comes to memory so we might be able to do something there, otherwise the fix is a little more complicated but we will work it out. I'll let you know an eta when we have a better handle on a fix. When I get home I will try my own campaign, it was definitely working before the update.
