Kali, this is a very sad accident. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, no matter how careful we are accidents happen.   I know of plenty of people (myself included) that crate puppies and dogs in crates with nylon collars on and nothing ever happens. Unfortunately, in your daughter's case it did.     If I still had a puppy left from our last litter, I would offer it your daughter and her family, but they are all gone.   Paula Yahoo!
