Hi Charles,

I would have to say yes for me. For example the Von Willebrand's, my
lines are clear of it but for my peace of mind I tested all of my dogs. I
want to know for sure my lines are free and clear! All my dogs tested
Clear. They can test Clear, Infected, and Carrier.

Same with CERF, I have lines clear of it but I will be testing for that next.

Bad hips can still come from excellent hipped dogs, I say a resounding for
sure on testing this!
I agree environment can affect their hips. All my dogs are raised inside
my house with me and we have 5 acres, 2 1/2 fenced in where we go out and
have our very own Doodle Romps :) No concrete except our driveway and no
kennels for me, I love being surrounded by my dogs :) My dogs get "naps"
where I confine them to the kitchen for lots of rest as they are growing
pups :)
