Well put Janis. I think I have a pretty tough skin after being in the military for 30 years, so I slough off those who want to be mean spirited. As you indicate, there are a lot of folks who have helped without the rancor of the '2%' factor. Such responses aren't restricted to this forum by a long shot, but it all boils down to just good manners and a tolerance for our human foibles - which seems to be in short supply these days. I have been more of a 'lurker' than a participant and have learned a lot from the questions posed and answered - so I will continue to learn from this site.
