Tony, I absolutely enjoyed and agree with your suggestions regarding the check boxes ! However, I must humbly disagree with their placement on the ORDER FORM. Many folks download or purchase this outstanding product without ever subjecting themselves to or developing the alligator hide necessary to survive this list. That way, they will remain blissfully unaware and protected from the harsh details of this officially sanctioned list. IMNSHO, just a red warning statement (cautioning folks who might possibly consider the LUG list) should be included on the ORDER FORM. Perhaps you could use your creative talent in developing such a statement?
I would think that a minimum age requirement (18?) be established in order to even look at the LUG sign up form. Then an even higher age to actually sign up. This might increase the "maturity" level of the subscribers. Your check boxes do belong on the LUG signup page. Just my thoughts on this matter.
