Please, Bill, resist the temptation just to fit in with the American 4 field convention, which has little to do with the rest of the world. I have always resisted the temptation to record locations incorrectly just so that they fit in with this artificial simplification not designed for us. Indeed, I have written blogs advising those who do not understand British conventions just how to enter them.
Rarely do I need to use the geo-locator, and when I do I add UK at the end, I delete it as soon as I have finished. The mapping works fine when using our convention, but better if the street is included and uses the Bing mapping index. I have also found it much better to set the Location List to read from right to left when street names are included (Master List>Location>Sort - and also check the box on the left of the Sort button.
