Both Stanhope and Bishop Auckland are place names, about 10 miles apart. So I would put Stanhope, DUR. and either England or Eng. DUR is the Chapman County code for Durham. Most people who do Genealogy if they have English forbears learn to use Chapman codes. Hope this helps.
