OK, thanks for that clarification. So the OP's post about turning OFF UAC should have been directed to only a few Win7 users where other normal troubleshooting steps have failed and not necessarily to ALL Win7 users. The best recommendation is that users should follow the instructions on the web site and then when that fails, they should contact support for more specific instructions.
