It depends on the system. We found that most of the time, it needs to be enabled. For some reason, on some computers it needs to be turned off or set to "never notify". Go figure. We're dealing with computers which sometimes can be more unpredictable than people <rbg>

But something just caught my attention concerning the OP's discussion with Support. She claims that she was instructed to turn OFF UAC which is contradictory to the info provided on the help page. Perhaps turning off UAC might be a "last ditch" effort when all other things have failed. Perhaps some other settings or configurations on the OP's computer prevented Legacy from running unless UAC was turned OFF. Either that or Pat Jones made a typo in her message and meant to say that she was instructed to turn it ON instead of OFF.
