.rc3 is the file concerned with Relationship Calculator and obviously
this has become corrupted.

I would open Windows Explorer and copy all the SULLIVAN-1 files to a
temporary place of safety so you can revert to them if necessary.  (Like
having a backup.)  Then delete the SULLIVAN-1.rc3 from the Data folder
and open the family file again.  Straight away, reset Relationships and
a .rc3 file will be recreated.

I think that should do it, but if it makes things worse, delete all the
original SULLIVAN-1 files and move back the ones you copied and then
wait for further advice from Support.
