Larry, Why don't you look into Drop Box? If everyone has the same version of Legacy and always hooks up to an internet connection when turning on their computer, everyone would have the same data file on their computer. If there was a problem, you'd see it.
https://www.dropbox.com/ With dropbox you can designate a folder and give people access to it so that all would be using the same file.
