Cathy,

How does Drop Box handle the simultaneous use of the same file by more
than one user? If two or more are using the file at the same time to
make changes will both sets of changes be in the file after they quit
and their amended files are uploaded to Drop Box?

This is a big issue with network access to the same file. Unless the
application is designed to handle simultaneous access so that each user
is allowed to update part of the file independent of others then two
users cannot have access to the file at the same time. Legacy is not
designed for network access so it assumes the current user is the only
person who is making changes to the file.
