I've had this problem since v8d. When I add a new source I click save and it doesn't show up in the source list. I have to click cancel and then open the sources again for it to show up.
It routinely happens when I'm actually in the middle of editing an individual and adding a new source. It sometimes happens when I'm adding new sources in the Master Source list too. Does anyone else have this problem?
