LeAnne Your method of using the Source Clipboard (That is what the triangle icon opens) to add a new source is a known problem. Are you making the new source by amending one that is already on the clipboard then saving that as a new source or are you using the Add button to create a new source from scratch? I have found that when I use the Add button to make a new source the new source is shown in the list immediately.
The source is being added, as you found now that you see two copies of the same one in your Master Source list because you did it twice but the Master List is not updating with the addition. If you just close the screen then use the triangle icon again the new source will be in the list.
