There appears to be no rhyme nor reason. It is simply adding a new Source
and sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.

Today, I opened the file and the first thing I did was add a new source and
it happened.

Step 1: I opened the file and clicked, My Toolbar > Master Lists > Source >
Add.

Step 2: I filled in the details and clicked Save and the newly added source
was not on the list. I clicked Close.

Once again I went to My Toolbar > Master Lists > Source and this time it
was there, plain as day.

Sometimes it shows up immediately, sometimes it does not. It happens more
often when I'm editing an individual than when I go in the way I did today.

That is open individual (ex., John Smith) and click the book icon (Add or
Edit Source Citations) > Cite a Master Source (checking to see if I have
already and when I see I don't...) > Add > Then Step 2 above.

Normally I would say it's the use of Cite then Add when editing an
individual rather than just Add, but that cannot be right because it also
happens when going in via Master Lists.

Thanks Brian for looking into this. It's not a serious annoyance, but it's
frequent and does need fixing.
