This happens to me. I use the triangle icon on the individual information
page. I will enter the new source by changing the masters source I want to
site. I will click save, then when I get the master source list, the new
source isn't there. I have to start again and remake the source. I thought
that perhaps I was closing the template down wrong or something. But now i
see it is just a fluke. I just went in to check my master source list and I
see that some of the sources have gone in twice by my remaking the source
not knowing what had happened to the source I just made.
